How to request a refund
Email hello@whimnotes.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. That's all we need.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
Your license will be deactivated once the refund is issued. The app can still be used in trial mode after that.
